Redcoats Team shines at the 2022 National Sales Awards in Auckland
Professionals Group recently held the Annual National Sales Awards in Auckland where agents around the country came together to celebrate the success and achievements of the past year; a year that has shown that Experience Matters when choosing an agent to sell your home.
The team at Professionals Lower Hutt (including Wainuiomata) took out a good majority of the awards, which we couldn’t have done without our loyal clients. We are very grateful for the support our vendors and buyers give to the team here at Professionals, Lower Hutt – thank you very much.
Of course, it takes a team, and our salespeople could not achieve these brilliant results without the hardworking and skilled Marketing and Support Team behind the scenes.

Even with all the change this year in the real estate market, there have still been around 100 successful sales each month across Lower Hutt. Typical of tough markets, our team has been punching well above our weight. In August, we almost completed one out of every two sales with 45% of the market share in Lower Hutt. Spring has brought an increase of buyers to the market and as we go to print, it looks like October’s sales volumes will be up slightly on September’s. There would be more sales if we had the stock as there is a high demand across several property types and for some, we are seeing a return of multiple offers.
For over 20 years we have been strong and enthusiastic supporters of the Child Cancer Foundation’s work. Our group celebrated the $5.5M milestone in donations at our recent awards and continues to make a donation from every sale to help run the homes and premises we have bought for CCF.
