The Hutt River serves as a peaceful reflection of the real estate market's journey in 2023. It has flowed along quite nicely, occasionally picking up pace, and has been far from dull!
As we reminisce, there were notable months when the market rained with buyers, propelling us beyond the bottom of the cycle. Consequently, we conclude the year with a shortage of available properties and a register full of buyers.
Looking ahead to the coming year, we don’t like from making market predictions, as those who do usually get it wrong.
