April has been a big month for the team working on Avalon!
The demolition works have finally been completed; and we have appointed Black Interiors Limited (BIL) as the main contractor for the job. Our current programme for completion is April 2023.
BIL have been delivering our Laings Road development on High Street in Lower Hutt, and will be establishing Avalon Apartments site in the coming weeks. This team has been delivering quality fit outs and refurbishments across New Zealand since 2014, and you can see more of their project work here.
