An information pack will be provided containing information about your new home and its build, contractor’s details as well as warranty and maintenance documents.
Secure Your Home
Secure a brand new home with just a 10% deposit. Construction is already underway, and no further payments will need to be made until settlement. All homes will come with freehold titles where common areas will be administered by a Residents Association. The draft covenants are provided in the Agreement for Sale and Purchase. The Residents Association will include insurance.
