The development is truly coming to life! Matai Park is now in its final stages, and we're thrilled with the progress. The finishing touches are being added, and the houses are taking on their full form. Zone 1's interiors and exteriors are already complete, while Zone 2's interiors are in progress, and framing has commenced in Zone 3.
The majority of the blocks have their interiors finished, complete with installed kitchens, roofs and cladding are now in place. Additionally, the landscaping is nearly 80% complete, enhancing the overall beauty of the development.
